Started my work out.

An hour of step-n-more today with miss micha from work!

Stepped then we would jump rope then step again. Then we had to do this little mini obstacle course (i felt like i was in soccer all over again). Then back to step. Then some push ups and crunches and strength stuff. OH AND CANT FORGET THEM LUNGES EEEEEK!

Micha said “gonna be able to bounce a quarter off our butts after this”

Yoga tomorrow and pilates Wednesday. I’m addicted to the Y.
